The Microfinance Investment Report examines the evolution of private-sector development finance in Switzerland between 2010 and 2018. The publication analyses how Swiss impact investment managers have contributed to financing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting the growth of assets under management, investment strategies and the expanding range of impact investment products.

Building on the Swiss Microfinance Investments Report 2015 and an earlier 2011 study developed with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the report provides valuable insights into the development of Switzerland’s impact investing ecosystem and the evolution of microfinance investments.
