SME Finance 2020 presents the final results of a four-year impact study evaluating how access to finance supports the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in emerging and frontier markets. Produced in collaboration with Symbiotics, UBS and SECO, the report examines the long-term contribution of the Loans for Growth (LFG) Fund to entrepreneurship, job creation and sustainable economic development.

The publication also analyses how SMEs responded to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing valuable insights into business resilience, financial performance and the role of SME finance in supporting recovery during periods of economic uncertainty.
