Ms. Krasna is a professional independent non-executive director for various companies. Currently, she is on the board of directors of: the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, COOP Group, BG Bonnard & Gardel Holding SA, Raymond Weil SA. Formerly, of the Banque Cantonale Vaudoise board.
Me Ledermann is an expert in business law. He joined Lenz & Staehlin in Geneva in 1999 to become a partner in 2007. His practice areas are corporate, M&A, private equity, investments, contract and commercial.
Mr. Guillet has held top management and administrative positions in the industrial and health sectors and in private equity. He is currently President of Adenia Partners (formerly I&P Management) an Africa-focused private equity firm.
Ms. Ritzema has been a senior executive in the financial sector at companies such as UBP, ABN, AMRO Private Banking as well as at the ILO and various NGOs. She is a board member of the Banque Alternative Suisse and a member of the ACTARES committee.
Ms. Vandewalle is an assistant professor of economics at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (HEID) in Geneva. She is specialized in development economics as well as microfinance.
