Symbiotics is pleased to announce the appointment of Christèle Hiss Holliger to its holding Symbiotics Group SA Board of Directors. She joins Jacques de Saussure, as Chairman, Beth Krasna, David Ledermann and Antoine Delaporte.
Symbiotics is similarly pleased to announce her appointment to the affiliated Symbiotics Asset Management SA board of directors, together with Sandrine Massiani. They join in this role Piercarlo Gera, as well as Roland Dominicé, Chief Executive of the holding company, and Amy Bergstraesser, Head of Legal.
Christèle Hiss Holliger brings a wealth of experience from a 30-year career in banking and institutional asset management, with senior executive roles in sales and people management. She started her career at BNP Paribas, where she worked as an Institutional Sales Manager in Paris and as Investment Strategist in Geneva. Later, she joined Pictet Asset Management and became Head of Institutional Clients in Geneva, then CEO of its Singapore operations, covering Southeast Asian institutional clients. She was then appointed Global Head of HR for Pictet Group, and a member of the Group Executive Committee. Christèle recently retired from her executive career and joined the boards of L’Occitane International Group and the Pictet Group Foundation.
Sandrine Massiani brings a wealth of experience from a 28-year career in microfinance, SME banking and development finance with senior executive positions in risk management and staff development. She started her career at BNP Paribas as Financial Controller and then Head of Management Reporting in Frankfurt and Singapore. Later, she joined IPC, the leading German development consulting group, and eventually joined Procredit Holding in Frankfurt, the SME banking group they created, as Regional Coordinator for Africa. She was later appointed as HR coordinator for the entire group, and then as Group Head of Audit, HR, IT and Risk. She eventually joined the Group Executive Management Board, where she spent 8 years.
